FOXNews.com - 2010 Could Be Democrats' Last Chance for 'Change' Quote: "Assuming Congress can clear health care reform off its plate in the coming weeks, Democratic leaders will be faced with a host of other agenda items to address, including economic stimulus, financial regulation, climate change legislation and immigration reform." Assuming they pass health care and cap and tax for a minute. People are going to be very upset over higher taxes. That will give the Libs all the justification they need to make Illegals legal so that they can pay taxes to help fund the government. They then can become part of the "system" and become taxpayers, voters. That will also entitle them to free healthcare like today and also Obamacare in the future. The Liberals are going to ram as much as they can into the next 8 months or so while they have the majority. Expect full speed ahead, anyway possible to get things accomplished! Expect all kinds of back room deals!
And I say again, who in the world will the Republicans run against OBAMA? I am pretty middle of the road, though baldfaced liars and manipulators tend to turn me off. Reps could have won in 08 if they had a good candidate. I don't see anyone on the horizon, no one. Too many litmus tests for their own good. It is sad. If the Reps take a few seats in 2010, that will, maybe, muck up the Dems works, but 2012 will see a lot of folks riding Obama's coattails....unless GOP can come up with a viable candidate to at least 48% of the people, NOT 48% of the Republicans! Flame away! HWR
