Well, obviously with those stats Storm Johnson was the starter, or feature back, at Buford this past season. BTW, Buford has one, not two, offensive lineman commit to UGA. A 3* according to Rivals.

I'm not going to build Johnson up by trying to tear Spencer Ware down. Ware looks impressive. So does Johnson.

This is what Rivals had to say about Johnson. Skip forward to about 2:40.

The coaching staff has more info about recruits than any of us and they rejected Johnson and picked Ware, so there it is, but I've got a feeling were going to hear a lot more about Mr. Johnson in the next couple of years especially if he signs with a SEC school.

The other UGA commit I was speaking of was a 4* that signed with them last year, Dallas Lee.

IMO the only state that Scout covers better than Rivals is Georgia. They hired away the guy who ran the UGASports site, who is the guy responsible for Storm's 3* rating now on Scout.

It should be interesting to see what happens with Storm. There wasn't really another bigtime suitor for him the last few months.

from what i am hearing storm has some character issues. that has to be the issue because there is no way he got his offer pulled because of a talent issue....

I would agree with the latter part of your statement, as I have never remembered Les pulling a scholarship after it being offered.

I wonder if Ware will sign with LSU after taking all of his visits especially Georgia and Ohio State. I just hope he didnt make an emotionally commitment since most predicted him committing close to NSD or at least after his visits. Hopefully his friend and LSU baseball program will keep him committed.

I don't get the feeling that it was emotional. If he would have committed at or directly after the July Camp I could see it. Seems more likely that he saw our class filling up and he needed to get on board sooner rather than later and focus on his senior season.

Reports from very reliable source that Ware has a serious injury, possibly season ending. Word I saw was muscle tear in hip/groin. :(

Agreed, he is a commit, no way would Miles pull the scholly. Miles honored Breaux a few years back, so Im sure he will honor the commit of Ware unless he decides to go elsewhere.

Something like that would also get some seriously bad attention to LSU by other schools.
