Listed as a 4* WR and #38 WR prospect but most schools are looking at him at CB. Out of Orange, TX and has had LSU and Texas as his dream schools but not offers extended from either yet. He has family in LA and talks great about us every chance he gets. 6'1 185 4.55 OU, UF, Stanford, Texas Tech, Mizzou, SMU, Arky, Vandy, KSU, Houston, Colorado, and KU have offered. Has already taken an unofficial to LSU and hopes to earn an offer at next week's summer camp.
Re: 2010 CB/WR James Haynes Texas fans are not thrilled with him deciding to change his plans and attend the LSU camp instead. If he earns an offer, I think he is ours to lose.
Re: 2010 CB/WR James Haynes Man - WRs for all my friends! I'm not complainin'. I would, however, like to see this kind of enthusiasm and chatter among the RBs in the 2010 class.

Re: 2010 CB/WR James Haynes Haynes did not get an offer and I can understand why from watching the Camp videos where Jarvis Landry made him look really bad a few times. Reports said it was not as bad as it seemed but the videos caught his worst plays.
