We got outplayed in every phase of the game. We got outcoached in every phase of the game. We were lucky to only lose by 8.

 

Hopefully some of these staffers earned their azzes off this team.

 

Can't wait to wonder why Miles is playing Jefferson over Mettenberger next season...

 

Look I've never been a JJ fan, but JJ I seriously think was trying to prevent the safety and just messed up. Without the PP penalty, JJ wouldn't have had to worry about being sacked for a safety and he'd at least have had another shot down field.

I think the worse crime is that our best REAL QB didn't see the field, especially when the game was on the line.

 

It was a disappointing performance. The offense did not play with much energy. There's so much the defense can hold up against Arkansas.

Jefferson does not perform well under pressure nor is comfortable in the pocket. Unfortunately, he's inconsistent. O-line not doing as good a job this game.:angry:

The better team won. Better QB by miles and miles. Better OL,DL and OC. Arky deserved the win and LSU didn't. Arky made the plays while LSU blew the plays. LSU got dominated on the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball in the 2nd half. LSU had tons of opportunities to score points and floundered. The LSU defense had tons of chances to get stops and fell flat.

10-2 is a damn good season especially with both losses on the road to really good teams. I really really hope Metzenberger signs and wins the starting QB job with a new offensive coaching staff. Congrats to the piggies

 

Just this game.... how about the other 4 or 5 that we were manhandled up front?
