Shawn Marion isn't getting enough credit for the job he has done in the playoffs. Scores 20 and holds Lebron to 20. I will take that all night.

Watching Dirk take Bosh to the hole with his left hand with a torn tendon made for good television.

The only thing that would have made it better is if he took LeBron to the rack instead.

Yeah you right. Although he probably won't equal Lebron's point output again in the series, he'll need to continue that type of play to give the Mavs a chance. Peja should only play sparingly.

When Brian Cardinal came into the game, the Mavs were down but he hip checked Lebron, fouled Wade pretty good, and then poked Bibby in the eye after the made 3. I told my buddy that his one minute of action was going to be the difference down the stretch (mostly joking b/c we used to make fun of Cardinal). After that, the Heat couldn't hit a shot so maybe it had an impact.

Haha, that's awesome. Cardinal came in because Peja can't do the 1 thing he is paid to do, be Craig Hodges and camp out on the 3 point line and drain 3's. And Brendan Haywood is nursing a hip injury.

I think Marion has turned into the 3rd scoring option for the Mavs. He is one of the best players in the NBA in transition. And he is playing great defense. I agree I don't know if he will be able to match Lebron point for point, but in my opinion, other than Dirk, Marion has been the MVP in the playoffs for the Mavs.

The Mavs really miss Caron Butler in this series. They need another scorer, especially when Peja, and Jet can't find their shots.

statistically + historically speaking the series is over. but there are firsts for everything. personally don't think it can happen, but stranger things have happened.

Hey, the Saints won the Super Bowl. Even with the missed shot in gm 3, I think Dirk has forever shed the choke label.

That 1st quarter buzzer beater by Chalmers (which I think may have been controversial but had it on mute at the time) was the difference. Assuming the refs reviewed at the end of the quarter. He also hit a couple of other big 3's that were huge for the Heat.

Hoping the Mavs can win gms 4 & 5 at home to make it interesting in Miami.

Controversial shots especially in the 1st quarter are never difference makers. That is just excuses for sour folks.

I was pulling for dallas simply because i dont care for lebron or bosh or mike bibby for that matter. But we were discussing the foul differential during the game and the obvious non-calls against the mavs.

it almost seemed like a donaghey situation was happening.

im guessing there were 15 more fouls called on the heat and every loose ball foul went against them as well. as i said I was pulling for the soft german (because I am a wuss) but was shocked at the non-calls against them.

ref calls still had the Heat winning the ref advantage in game 4. Refcalls does an excellent job on the NBA.
