I officiate high school football and other sports here in Louisiana. In our association, we have some guys that actually officiate college ball. The Big 12(well the old one) affiliates with 3 other conferences and rotates their officials around by flying them in for games each week so you don't get the same "idiots" week after week and allows the better officials to get the "better games" while the SEC just uses the same bozos instead of joining up with another nearby conference to try to get the top officials for the top games.
