I never used to have any bad feelings about Tennessee under Majors or even Fullmer. But now I think they are approaching sleazedom with flair!

Well, after reading that, I don't get all warm and fuzzy about this here situation. That piece did not make me think he was all LSU.

I agree we shouldn;t get warm and fuzzy, but here are the facts.

Oregon and LSU are the only two schools he has yet to say anything negative about.

Miami's "rumored" to not want him anymore.

He's already on record as saying he doesnt think Tennessee has the pieces in place to pull off what they tried selling him during his recruitment.

    USC pulled out.

Kansas State (c'mon), I just don't see putting himself in a position to get whacked by OU, Texas, TT, and OK State for his entire career.

Oregon may never win the Pac 10, let alone a national title.

LSU, is stacked with talent at other positions, and is a functioning powerhouse. I cant recall how many Oregon Games I've seen in the past few years, but I can assure you the National Spotlight shines better in Baton Rouge than it does in Oregon.

Just saying, going off of what has been said, and the fact that he hasnt signed, why would he put himself through this if he wasn;t seriously considering LSU.

I agree also, but the few LSU fans that follow recruiting very closely aren't feeling it with Brown...

So, I am backing off my hopes a bit...

We have a chance..but according to Tennessee fans, we don't

When I was in college so many years ago, she would have been known as a "good sport".

There's an old story about a single man who gets a visit from a VERY pregnant girl. She says "Hi, I'm Debbie. We met at a party about 8 months ago. You said I was a 'good sport'. Well, as you can see, I'm pregnant and the baby is yours. If you don't marry me, I'm going to jump off the Mississippi River Bridge."

Man replies, "Hey, I was right - you ARE a good sport!"

13,700 views, he HAS our attention! Course he's the only big dog left on the stage... :geaux:

Edit: Of those he says he has under consideration, LSU seems like the best pick to me, of course, I'm biased... But really, if he wants to play on national tv a lot, for championships, in the best stadium in the land for a college football game, in front of the best fans, then come on down Bryce!!!

To me this all screams that he's being shopped to the highest bidder, and U/fUSC aren't playin along. I dunno, just appearances, I'm sure I'm wrong. Maybe this Butler guys fancies himself to be an agent someday.....say in about 3-4 years....

....and which of those remaining teams has as big as a pair of balls as :milesmic:, and as pretty as a pair of balls as :crystal::crystal:?

the question is whether he wants to be a big fish in a smaller pond as opposed to a big fish in a big pond. He also has to remember he needs a good supporting cast to be succesfull. If he is as good as advertised, he shouldn't be concerned about playing time. Final decision may well hinge on how comfortable he feels about the particular teams' coaches and players. Otherwise, it is a no brainer.
