    LSU is a good situation for him, but he has no relationship with our staff or our players. We just started talking to him a couple weeks ago.

    IMO, the only way he ends up at LSU is if he doesn't feel comfortable with any other school.

    I read an article where Bryce said he and Porter kept close contact with him since March.

    Once he experiences the facilities, after Shep gets ahold of him (tonight) and after all is said and done......there will be a 50% chance that he becomes an LSU Tiger.

    As of RIGHT NOW (Saturday morning) it's about a 30% chance IMO.

    i agree with parso yet again. LSU has not recruited this kid heavily, and now all of a sudden were supposed to believe he is coming to BR i dont think so. If porter pulls this off im changing his last name to copperfield.is lady liberty still in new york or is she on highland rd

    Blinding flash of the obvious, but the devil is in all the details none of us know (or are willing to post). One thing is certain - when it comes to high school kids and LOI - anything is possible. Well, almost anything.

    If the "mentor" is clean, then he stays with Miami, IMO. If the "mentor" is dirty, then it's gonna be very, very interesting to see how it pans out.

    You mean late recruiting like

    Benton to AU?
    Bell to Alabama?
    Pratt to OSU?
    Jackson to Tennessee?

    All 4 of these guys were recruited late in the game...

    all 4 were LSU committments no less!!!!

    We have at least a 50% chance when he decided to visit LSU..

    we have a great shot, and I hope just because of the 4 players I mentioned, we get some kind of payback..LOL! landing the #1 Player.RB in the nation would be some payback to the recruiting gods ..LOL!

    yeah I agree with you Apex, and Bandit. we've got as good a chance as anyone, and nobody knows the details (or is willing to post). we will find out more after the weekend, and cetainly by 3/16, his stated decision date.

    I don't think Kiffen would hire a whore to host Bryce Brown on his Tennessee visit. I don't think she was paid anything ... Probably she was what the mountain gumps call a real Volunteer!!!

    everyone here knows what happened with benton. kenny bell he was shaky going into the last month plus bama was on him the whole time saban didnt just jump in at the end. pratt had been recruited bye osu case and point bell and pratt were heavily recruited bye the teamns they signed with.. the case with janzen well when his dad started getting interviews and the fact his dad is buddies with oregeron who didnt smell that rat......i would like to have bb but i just dont see it at all....

    Very poor examples and completely untrue. Every one of those kids saw the other schools long before they committed to them. Including Benton..

    May be your opinion, and that is fine, but you have absolutely nothing to base that upon. Any % given at this point is completely arbitrary.

    Maybe we do have a shot with this kid, but I am inclined to believe we do not. Unless his brother really pushes him in our direction. I don't know what the reason for his late decision is and at this point, I really don't care.

    If he comes here, I will cheer for him, but I don't see it happening.
