If he thinks Lane Kiffin is a genius, he probably would have trouble qualifying academically.

Maybe he's been really gushing about Orgeron, and thought his name was Oregon?:) Could happen.

why do i get the feeling the agent, er mentor, is encouraging all of this drama, not to keep the kids name out there, but HIS name so he can get the publicity?

like how he calls out Miami fans for having no problem with his brother last year(should go for LSU fans as well).

Don't get me wrong, he seems to be an amazing talent, but at the same time he seems like he is a little drama queen (even moreso than Trent Richardson).

That being said, I don't put too much stock into the guy. If he comes....great. If not....no worries.

All that was said about fasting is true. Without getting into a discussion on religion, It could be that all the character issues some of us suspect could be wrong. It could also be true that he's a head case as well. All the prophets in the Old Testament were head cases, by the way.

The answer depends on the answer to these questions: Where is his Faith? How true and strong is it? No one really knows. On one hand, he could be like the pharisees who displayed a lot of scriptural knowledge but had no real faith. On the other it could be that his faith is as strong as Abraham's or Mary's. Who knows what his faith is really like? I don't know about you but I'm more worried about my own. I wish people like Bryce the best.

When people like Bryce Brown and Christine Michael resort to prayer or fasting before making decisions about where to play football, I guess it's good and I would not make fun of it, but I think God is more concerned with how we really love our fellow man than with how soon these young men get early playing time and how they do later on at the NFL combines.

    Re: RB Bryce Brown

I find it completely ridiculous that there are people in Miami going on paper (a.k.a. through the media), and slamming an 18 year old kid for taking his time to make a life changing decision. Then poking fun at his religion, talk about classless.

To my knowledge, there were no spiteful articles written about Janzen Jackson in the local media. The kid wanted to go to Knoxville, more poewer to him. Now because of that, he's going to end up on the wrong side of a few beatdowns, but more power to him.

These are kids we are talking about. 18 year old kids. PLease Miami, be stupid, pull his scholarship, and don't offer it to him again. As a matter of fact, call me down there and I'll pull it for you.

Bryce, the people in Baton Rouge are waiting for you.

Hope he has a good visit, and commits to LSU. If not, we still have, Sheppard, Randle, and Jefferson for the future. Putting Bryce in the same class, on the same offense, will turn Tiger Stadium into a complete circus on Saturdays. Im talking blowouts, highlights for days.

Come on Miami. Keep insulting the guy because he doesn't want to rush his decision. Keep trying to force him into a decision. Thats the smart thing to do. Twist an 18 year olds arm if they wont do what you tell them.

    Scott/Brown

    Jefferson
    Tolliver Sheppard Randle Lafell

If this is our future, I pray that I live to see it.
