i agree. i was really torn. yeah, the smirking shrub was "gracious" but i figured that was only cause he won. i am not holding my breath either.
I'm hearing talk on the radio that NASCAR is going start research to move to fuel injected engines. This is about as big a change as the COT was. Teams spend millions in R&D for these engines, now they will basically have to scrap everything they have.
I have no idea how they are going to regulate the injectors. It's computer controlled and their are alot of ways for teams to "get creative" to have more power. Sirius Radio says that Bill France said that they have to get moving with it because they realize they are behind the times with engine. This will definately change the game, fuel mileage would be able to control alot easier for tracks like Michigan.
They can still use a restrictor plate, just just need a bigger one!!! They can also "issue" smaller injector computer chips to reduce the flow of fuel but then again, if they did that, who is gonna regulate NASCAR?
Atlanta at night, whatcha think? I think I am finally realizing that this car does not get tight during the night races like the old car used too. My bad. I called out Kasey Kahne to miss the chase. My bad. Jr. seems to be picking up his game, just a bit. JPM only runs well when I do not pick him. Vickers finishing 7th after having to fix an axle is just phenom. Bobby Labonte looking pretty damn good in a POS. Carl Edwards breaking his foot playing frisbee! :hihi: With the spots available for the chase, Richmond is gonna be a hell of a race. Tony Stewart; I know he runs his best on the warmer tracks but as things cool off, can he pull of this championship? opcorn:
my team pretty well sucked last night. and i didnt even open any messages from cali. he's going stealth with the voodoo.
