I'm good. I DID NOT want to see Arkansas celebrate another overtime TD.

Edit: I'll tell you this, though. After Arky scored the TD wnith 1:38 left, my gang fired the entire Fing staff.

:geaux: Congrats to our Tigers on a HUGE WIN tonight over Ar-Kansas! I couldn't watch due to having to work, but kept up through the internet and knew it would come down to a cardiac finish again. The team needed this win, the coaches needed this win and the fans needed this win! I NEEDED THIS WIN!! LOL.

I'm proud of our team and especially the seniors. They've won 40 games in four years.:thumb: Not to shabby huh. And I'm happy and proud for Coach Miles. After last week he needed some good stuff to happen and it did. Congrats on win #51 in five years. Wasn't a perfect game but it's a "W" and a very critical one. A loss in this one would have been disasterous. Winning this game puts our team back on track and sets us up for the bowl game, no matter which one it is. 9 - 3 ain't a bad season and I'll take it. We'll be better next year. Still got a damb good chance for a 10 win season and that's not bad. GEAUX TIGERS! :LSU231:

I'm very content with the season. About what I expected. Never fell asleep during any of the games though.

lol, didn't mean that in a bad way. believe me I get pissed too but it's more disappointment. I'll admit, I'm as big a sore loser as the next person but when they're giving it their all, give'em a little credit. I just can't stand hearing the bashing over and over again.

Great win, but what is up with fans leaving early? As much as we diss Big 10 schools, PSU and tOSU at least stay the entire game.

Yes and no, worried about the offense next year at this point!

I think we were lucky and good to win tonight.
I think Arkansas also choked on that missed FG!
I kept thinking this sucks, the end of the game is set up for Mallet to win it until Chad Jones saved the day!
I also felt like the offense blew the game at one point, that JJ int led to Arkansas getting back in the game then the Holliday TO also I believe.

This game was so crucial in so many ways.
Had we lost it there is no doubt in my mind people would have called for CLM's hat!:)

getting ready to hit the road back to ok but wanted to say one thing after reading a few posts on the last page of the thread (havent read the whole thead, probably dont want to)....

this team did not give up, even after last weeks fiasco. something is going right with the players, and yes, even the coaches, to get their head into this game and to keep them fighting and believing they could win. i give both the kids and the coaches credit for that. i said how the kids played would tell me if they forgave miles for his brain fart last week. that if they could, i could. they gave me my answer. im ready to move on now.

it was an ugly win, but i'll take it. now i would like to see an oc change and go into a bowl game healthy and next year ready to start fresh with a new offensive staff. or at least coordinator.

Well, they could have stayed and booed the offensive offense performance. I suspect they fans voted no confidence to the coaching staff, booing makes it seem like it's against the players. I have no problems with the fans leaving when the coaching staff is being out coached week in and week out.... surely beats booing.

There really was no difference between this week and last week other then the coaches didn't completely blow it in the last minute.... the game was just as horrid. I assure you the boos would have came out if the ref would have called the right call... with the Ridley play with 26 seconds to go... game would have been effectively over.

Get rid of Crowton as soon as possible...if they are not narrowing a list and talking to guys by Monday then I don't know what to say. The sooner you get someone in there, the greater chance you have of not sacrificing all next year.

Hmm. Pissy over a win. No credit to anyone. I guess its really no wonder why people think you're a poser. But, at least you're point about getting rid of Crowton still lingers. As usual.
