Today's game was huge and could be one of the more significant days for LSU this year. The bench scored 38 points and built a ton of confidence amoung the team for the tourny and next year. Sly only played 17 minutes and they looked the best they have all season. This is the kind of game that gets you ready for a big run even if we happen to get beat in the SEC tourny. Last year I remember Sly having to sit a few games during the NCAA tourny with foul trouble early and I cringed every time. I will not worry as much this time around. :geaux:
sure, why not! btw, the second game in the double header tomorrow starts at 5. there will be gz video, but no audio. game tracker is always in a snit so who knows if it will be working.
If LSU has their way tomm, they will get up and down and play fast paced bball. if UK has their way tomm, we're in for a boring, boring 39-34 slugfest. LSU won both season meetings. the 1st one, we killed 'em playing fast the 2nd one, they dictated tempo and almost won it. they will want to slow the game down to a turtle's pace.
I wrote that msg at midnight last night. so I meant tomm, even though the msg technically was written "today."
