snix, you made me feel bad reading all that podna. If you're an LSU fan we gotta hang together. Stick around. I may work up the nerve to visit a meet and greet one day.
THANK GOD that's a buoy. When I first saw that picture, I thought it was some kinda heauxmeauxsexual toy. Whew,,,,,,,I'm relieved.
i'll have to walk over for a little bit. but once my skin starts melting off, i'll have to go back. sometimes i get antsy when i'm not at my spot.
I would sure love to meet all of you. However, daughter # 1's piano recital and daughter # 2's soccer tournament will preclude me from attending. I'll be there in spirit though! Dang I hate living so far away!
327 just got a glimpse of the future. are there any spring and summer activities i can get my daughter involved in??
They practice soccer all summer long. As soon as they hit 7th grade its cheerleading practice all summer. Mine both love gymnastics and participate in that year round. The other up and coming popular thing for them is tennis. During the school year, starting w/ 7th grade, volleyball is really gaining ground too. As for the small ones though, I'd recommend gymnastics. Every little girl wants to wear the cute little outfits and prance around It's amazing how many organized activities they become involved in. I always swore that I would not let them be involved in so many activities that it consumed them. What I didn't realize is that I really didn't have a vote! With the girls, it's all about doing what all of their friends are doing. They are like wolves, they have to do everything in packs! Best thing you can do is encourage them to try (insert sports/activities here) and hang on for a fun but exhausting (and expensive) ride. I wouldn't have it any other way! ........or was your whole question tongue in cheek?!! it just sneaks up on you!
My best Buddy is coming in today. He's a detective with the Pennsylvania State Police. He has never lived in Louisiana...he just picked LSU as his team many years ago.....how cool is that? This will be his first LSU game and we want him to experience the full effect. A couple years ago, Ronnie Halliburton gave us a tour of the locker room, training room, etc.....even let us go on the field....My friend Mike was in heaven! It will be fun to be at the game and experience his excitement! I would love to bring him by to meet some of you folks! Hopw that would be okay. thanks, Krewerider
