    Thanks, I kind of figured that AD's don't like to meddle if they can avoid it, but since they have fundraising obligations that head coaches don,t generally have... and the TAF is thefundraising muscle...

    Now, any ideas on the pros as a source for a DC? What would be the advantages/ disadvantages of pro vs collegiate?

    Just hope that Miles pulls the trigger quickly. It would just be another mistake by Miles if he procrastinates in fixing this obvious problem, and missing out on a quality DC.

    Anybody interested in a quality DC and a very solid defense, turn your TV to the Tennessee/Kentucky game.

    Kentucky put up a 40 spot on Georgia, for perspective sake.

    Kentucky has 58 yards at the half.

    Tennessee will end up 4th in the nation in total defense, just behind Alabama.

    And he is the LINEBACKER'S COACH. HE COACHED JEROD MAYO, WHO WILL WIN THE DEFENSIVE ROOKIE OF THE YEAR IN THE NFL.

    Ok, time to calm down.

    Yep, the sooner the better. Its best to accept the fact that you made a mistake, and then do whatever it takes to fix it.
