Trade deadline has come and gone, I think the Hornets made the the only move they're going to attempt this year.
(a) is still in question, but I wouldn't count on (b): http://www.tysonchandler.com/tyson-chandlers-blog/its-destiny-and-thats-why-im-back/2009/02/19
Chandler returns in New Orleans win last night against Sacramento. I didn't see the game, but it appeared that he didn't look too bad, as he was part of several key plays throughout the game. Hopefully his ankle/toe will hold up.
he played ok.. He had the burst, which is good news and is more than half the battle won. he just had a little ring rust, which is understandable.
In the middle of the 4th he and Paul were scoring at will for like 4 straight minutes. They must of had close to 15 points together in that span.
Hornets 8-1 in their last 9, and are right in the thick of the race. I think they have a shot at #2 given the weak schedule on the last few weeks of the season. The problem is that the entire Western Conference is on fire right now. In the past ten games for each team, only Denver has a losing record of the playoff teams, and that was just 4-6. Utah's on fire, but lost last night to the same Hawks team that broke the Hornets 7 game winning streak on Monday. It'll be a fun last month of the season.
Haven't seen you on the basketball discussion in a while. Not surprised to see you back to gloat about the win. Wouldn't get too comfortable just yet, the Hornets could still very well get home court in the first round while the Rockets are on the road. The West is real tight.
