I usually do not defend the Jazz's away record but after doing some research most of those losses came during the 3rd month of the season when the Jazz were not healthy (I think they won 4 games that month) and the jazz are healthy again just in time for the playoffs. Watch out because depending on the matchups I think the Jazz can make a run because they are getting points from everyone on the roster right now and any given game someone else steps up when needed. I feel they are one of the most balanced teams in the West when they are playing solid defense like they have of late.
4-4 in the month of march for away games but the Jazz took out the Suns and Boston during that span. Jazz are just now getting healthy. However, their next the remaining games are going to be a test going against SA twice, NO, Mavs, HOU, and DEN. Half away and half at home. It will be a good test before the playoffs start and I expect the Jazz to stay at the 4 spot and play either the Rockets or Suns in 1st round. I like how they match up with those 2 teams. BTW, we lost to Minny in a close game and then beat them last night by almost 20.
Tidbits: Hornets 1st in West to clinch playoffs. Paul sets single season steals record. (need to double check) Peja sets single season record for 3pt shots made.
Geez, I haven't had to do this in a while now. Knicks Attendance: 17,779 Average from December 1 to now: 14,472 That puts them at 263 away from their goal.
Now the average attendance only needs to be 17,460 for the last 3 games. Looks like they will make it. Probably will boil down to that Clippers game requiring roughly 16,000.
Attendance looking good despite the mid-day start on a Sunday. They looked good throughout the game, so that's the good news. Warriors Attendance: 17,809 Average from December 1 to now: 14,576
I think it's safe to say they are safe. I highly doubt they will be in trouble if they miss the deadline by 50 people or 100 people or 500 people. The important thing is they have succeeded in generating buzz.
