Kyle Anderson is a big Tight End who will join the Tigers in 2005 via The Woodlands HS (The Woodlands, TX) a 5A school outside of Houston where as a junior he caught 20 passes for 260 yards and 7 TDs for an average of 13 yards per reception. Kyle is listed at 6'6", 260 lbs with a 4.62 forty. Kyle is an excellent blocker and does not give up on his block until his defender is on the ground. Kyle is also always watching and searching for somebody to hit downfield. Kyle has big, soft hands and does a good job at catching the ball away from his body. He does not shy away from contact after the catch and always seems to fight for the extra yard. Kyle has a 370 lb. bench press and a 415 lb. squat and has a vertical leap of 30".

FYI: Kyle's father played football at Auburn.
