People still have VCR's? Do they still sell VCR's? Hey, I have about 300 VHS tapes in storage that I don't know what to do with. Do you want them?
Most Disney films I own are on Beta! Also until about a year ago Calamity Jane was on Beta but I found it on ebay on DVD and bought it! Laugh all you want but I still have cetain movies on beta and VHS because they have not been re-released or I missed the re-release in my college years! I want ever classic movie and Disney film I can get in case I ever decide to have kids!
I was just thinking today that my DVD player was old and needed replacing, how time flies. You should be able to find a museum that'll take 'em
Or buy one of the vhs/dvdr combo's that you can transfer all those vhs to dvd's. Also comes in handy if you have an 8mm or other type 'film' camera and want to put all those family/vacation tapes on dvd. You can get them for about $100 which would be a *lot* less than buying those 300 on dvd if/when they ever come out.
The BCS crytal football is issued annually and stays at the school. Some of the other National Champion trophies travel each year to the next champion, like the MacArthur Trophy which has been awarded to the acknowledged national champion every year since the 1950's by the National Football Foundation. It lived in Baton Rouge in 1959, 2004 and will be here in 2008.
