I say Flynn gets 70%.... RP is a good change of pace. Let him play some.... let him run and pass. :geaux: :geaux: :geaux: :geaux: :geaux: :geaux: :crystal: :crystal: :crystal:
That would be my call as well, let him run AND pass please. A play action pass with Perrilloux should yield big results all game long.
Yep yep. Especially against who we're playing ... Slow-Hi-O State.... :crystal: :geaux: :crystal: :geaux: :crystal:
All you have to do is look at tOSU's history against a mobile QB. Look no further than their only loss this season to Illinois and Juice Williams. Changing things up with Flynn and Perriloux and dialing up the right plays at the right times with each of these guys takings snaps will be the difference in the ballgame in my opinion.
Flynn starts but RP comes in. Just hope that we do this in a way that we don't have to use our time outs. Oh, and we need plays for RP to pass too. When he came in and just ran it was too predictable.
Exactly. Crowton has got to call plays where RP throws the ball. Late in the season I think we were too predicable when RP & MF were rotating. If RP was in we were almost certain to run, with most of them being option runs by RP. Open it up Gary.
Except for that pitch 2ft behind Hester..... I'd love to see them line up with RP and MF both in the backfield. Something a little different like that should really throw the defense for a loop. I agree I'd like to see Crowton open up the playbook for this one.
