-1 a third pick for a field goal, Tigers win by three. During the 3rd qtr Lee was incomplete for 7 passes in a row and our offense was less than anorexic. Our offense and Lee had absolutely no confidence during chunks of the game. The offense has no leader and that is partially due to the 2 QB scheme. I think it weighs on Lee. Our defense has some issues but you can't blame them for 14 points caused by the QB. they stood up and gave us some three and outs and we had some good running from Scott, but a lopsided no pass threat offense that turns the ball over isn't going to cut it.
You lay it all on the offense and by extension, our Qb, meaning Lee, of course? Your completely one sided view point, ignoring defensive problems leads me to believe I will ignore subsequent posts by you in the future. Thanks for coming out. :thumb:
Coulda, woulda, shoulda...We have a lot of young players making mistakes (Offense and Defense) and DCs that are getting out coached, out-smarted, down right schooled, to boot. We need a good DC and time. Les is still a great coach, IMHO, and he'll fix it...
I'm just saying the defense keeps getting the ****e kicked out of them on the boards but this loss isn't all the defense's fault. 14 points were scored on LSU while the defense was off the field.
The last int for a TD I would disregard. The game was already out of hand and that just made it worse. The first pick 6 was demoralizing. You just can't step on the field down 7-0 to a very good Georgia team.
True, however they did get the ball back and went right through them and tied the game. I thought we were back in it at that point... boy was I wrong. In any case I still Love the TIGERS and will support them proudly no matter what. I hope we get a real DC before the start of next year.
