Kyle Prater DD says Kyle Prater an outside LB from TX will give us a verbal soon. He is a 6-2 215LB 3-star on both rivals and scout. He has an A average so I would assume he will qualify. He runs about a 4.48 forty and supposedly has an offer from LSU and Oklahoma according to Scout, in addition to other lesser tier schools. What do ya'll think about him and how many LB's are we expected to take?
Re: Kyle Prater I didnt even know that we in the running for Taylor Hill who just commited to Oklahoma but from his video seems like he shouldnt be academically elgible anywhere. Also i thought we were in the running for Jerrell Harris.
Re: Kyle Prater Prater will get a 4th star before it's all said and done. I don't know much about him, except that the Rivals board is REALLY high on him. They're as high on him as they are on much more highly rated players. He's going to be a solid recruit. If we get him, I think we're done at LB unless that Harris kid from Alabama wants to come here.

Re: Kyle Prater (LB) from Texas commits to the Tigers. This is a blog, and no quotes from Prater...so we'll see how it ends up. It is my understanding he gave his verbal a few days ago, but with Baker committing today we'll see if it affected him any.
