Yes there were, only East Upper and South Upper were not available for purchase. Now they may not have been bought but they were for sale, that may be what you meant though.
I almost bought west upper tickets in hopes that they would funnel people down, but I decided against it.
Already too many teams with 14. Cut back too 12, eliminate the permanent cross division opponent and you can play everybody in the other division home and home within 4 years
And that's not counting the 500 that got in free through back doors from people who "knew someone." Very easy to get by doing that moreso today than a normal game.
They say a lower ticket price was discussed, but LSU and South Carolina agreed to charge the full $75. I don't think the ticket prices were the issue, it was the short notice. For the people who could make the game, the ticket price was no object.
