Seems about right but I would put us above Michigan.

I think LSU will finsih ranked in the top 3 when it is all said and done.

With it looking more an more likely that we end up with 23 or so recruits, we should definitely finish in the top 4.

Brett-You always seem to have the inside track. My question: Where does Michigan find a 4star recruit not living in Louisiana named "Fitzgerald Toussaint"? I got nothing, I'm leaving the question for you.

once again, ohio state is overrated. i know they already have 23 commitments, but they definently dont have the quality that usc or lsu has. i think, when signing day comes, usc, as much as i hate to say it, will have the best class

I agree. I feel pretty comfortable that we will have at least three 5-star prospects sigh with Miles.

The only SEC team even close to us in the rankings is Georgia, but they have a very small class this year and they're pretty much done recruiting. They'll maybe sign 3 or 4 more than are currently listed. As other teams sign more quantity, Georgia will slide down the list.

Whip out your calculator and tell me where all those scholarships are coming from. The Bayou Blogger guy says we have 85 players on scholarship. I actually counted 86 but he's probably right. We have 13 seniors and coincidentally 13 commits. I've read that as many as 4 of the current class wouldn't qualify but all but 2 showed up for summer class and workouts. Does that mean that all but 2 qualified? If they have a good year Ciron Black, RJF and B. LaFell may or may not go pro. That's 2 more for sure and 5 maybe. MacFarland, Davenport, Randle, Mingo and maybe Bell might be it, assuming they pick LSU unless a player or two decides to 'voluntarily' transfer or forego football to concentrate on academics. I don't have any inside information and my figures might not be correct but would like to know how you counted 23.
