Bullchit numbers. The conservative blogger cherrypicked one month of data. In total, the Health Care waivers (which are only a one-year delay) are 1372. The 38 waivers reported in San Francisco amounts to 2.7%. No list at all was provided of how many waivers went to republican districts, perhaps much more.

Number of healthcare reform law waivers climbs above 1,000 - The Hill's Healthwatch

Bullchit anaylsis. Pelosi didn't pick or ask for the waivers. The companies did. Among these companies are McDonalds and other large corporations that reside in evry district. Among these companies are many in republican's districts. 94% of waivers applied for were approved. Companies in San Francisco did what all the other companies did. They applied and were granted a 1-year waiver.

Business, not Pelosi, asked for waivers - The Hill's Healthwatch

HHS OKs 94% of health care law waiver requests

Bullchit conclusions. As usual, radical right-wing ideologues like yourself believe anything they read on a right-wing blogsite without bothering to check the facts.

The addition of having a waiver for a "success" in healthcare = FAIL

This story was on fox and friends this morning at 5am. This wasn't only reported on a blog. I got to work and googled it and these were the links.
Any waiver shows that the bill is flawed and if one person gets to opt out then it is discrimination if everyone can't opt out.
I am no more or less an ideologe than you are or most on this board.
    Pot meet kettle.

Exactly, if this flipping healt care plan is such a great deal then why are so many businesses trying to get out of it? **Cue HorseShack****I know, because it sucks thats why. Unbelievable that so many can't see that it is designed this way. Make it so unaffordable that we end up going to what "he" really wants. Full blown socialized medicine. What a pile of crap.

How so? Do you know what the waiver is? A one year temporary delay in implementation for companies that can show that they need more time to comply. Seems like a sensible and pragmatic option to me. One size doesn't fit all. If some companies need more time, they can get it.

Dude, any business can! They only have to apply for it and 94% of them are accepted. You have no case.

Some are less radical extremist than others. I have come to accept that I may be a radical moderate, even though that is a contradiction in terms.

They are delaying because they can delay the added costs.

We will see just how temporary these waivers will be. Time will tell.

Do all moderates agree with 99% of the platform of the democratic party and agree with next to nothing of the republican party?

I agree with the democrats in government shouldn't be involved in marriage as an example. I am not strictly hard right on every subject. You have asked me on another thread if I was sure I was a republican.
I guess you can be a moderate democrat without being an ideologue. Others can be moderate republicans without being an ideologue also.
