I hope everyone would agree - it would take an extraordinary team to go undefeated in the SEC west. Hell, even a 1-loss season requires a "national" championship caliber effort. I think there is a lot about Miles open to criticism, but, IMHO, this stat is a bit low on that totem pole.
Yes it would. But since 2011, LSU has been a middle of the pack SEC West team. All with top 5 recruiting classes. Every other team is trending up from where they were in 2011 save Auburn this year, and LSU keeps slipping further down the spiral to quote Trent Reznor.
The last two or three seasons kinda reminds me of the, bless his soul, Cholly Mac days. Good man but couldn't beat Bama and usually lost to some other SEC team. Ole Piss comes to mind. We could always count on 7 or 8 wins a year but no cigar.
How short is the list of coaches with less than 2 losses a season for 14 years? Two? If you're going to add his OSU records then you have to add every other coaches total records.
