Or that it's both, our qb development is awful, and the discussion is useless because we're not going to change it.
And just so we're clear, I'm fully aware that Miles has his share of shortcomings as a coach, and had the U decided to fire him, I would have had no problem with the decision. Whatever his strengths as a coach, there's no doubt that things had become stale, progress was not being seen, and change was needed. The powers-that-be disagreed, or perhaps, they agreed, but felt Miles deserved a chance to fix the problems before he was booted. I don't know which it is. What I do know is that it is done, and no amount of bitching will change it, so why does every fuckin' discussion we have in here have to degenerate into an anti-Miles session?
I agree 100% with everything you said here. My answer would be because people keep bringing up this and that and "if we got this guy or that guy" I get that people will have dissenting opinions and that is fine, I'm not here to shout them down like red thinks I am. I just know the answer to the question, knew it long ago and now many more seem to have figured it out. 2+2=4 today and it will next week, month, year ... In short, because it is a message board and we are talking about LSU football. I didn't think anyone was upset or pissed off other than the one who picked up his shit and went home.
Because that's where every problem stems back to. Things could be fucking spectacular in Baton Rouge. But they aren't. And they won't be until A that son of a bitch is gone or B that son of a bitch decides to stop meddling. You can't talk about the good in the past and reflect on the past without the present state slapping you in the face. Again if you don't like what you are reading, don't read it. Root cause detected and gave you a solution all in 1 post.
