What are you talking about? Did you click the friggin link in the first post?? I wasn't talking about Miles at all. You didn't, did you? Otherwise, the facts are there. '05 Loss to Tennessee '06 Loss to AU '07 Destruction of MSU '08 Barely beat AU, intro of JLee '09 Beat Vandy 23-9, was up by only a TD late--------------------------Vandy 2-10 that year '10 Beat Vandy handily, but was only up 10-3 after third quarter------Vandy 2-10 that year '11 Beat MSU 19-6, score was 9-6 after third quarter '12 Beat AU 12-10, trailed at halftime.
OK TT, whatever man. I just listed every SEC opener since Miles has been here. If you think leading an eventual 2-10 Vandy team by one score after 3 quarters of play is a good showing, then you're even more of a Miles homer than me, which I didn't think was possible. The thread was supposed to show you that even God Saban only beat Tennessee 12-10 when Tennessee was chitty and Alabama was eventual National Champs in 2009.
How bout Fla. They lost to Old Miss 2008! Fla won the BCS National Championship that year. We can go on forever with this. http://scores.espn.go.com/ncf/recap?gameId=282710057
I found the disconnect. You did NOT click the link in the first post, did you? Turn on your sarcasm meter, man. I hate Saban, and am the biggest Miles homer on this board. I mean, maybe besides you. Point is, we're on the same track, you just don't read enough.
That was Lafell blocking for Flynn. Then Loston ended it on a kickoff return springing PP7 (this was in 2010), and THAT ended his career. Zach Smith...poor bastid.
