    RBI single by Rhymes and Sciambra with the RBI double for the last two runs

    Dominating performance by Aaron Nola. Tulane was #8 in the NCAA in batting average and Nola shut them down for 8 innings, then Cotton got the next out then Goody came in and finished them off with back to back K's to end it

    the only thing that sucked about Nola's outstanding outing was he shortened the game to just over 2 hours :(

    I'm a little behind on this news, but WOW what a great outing by Nola! 78 pitches, 62 for strikes, NO walks, NO runs, and only 3 hits against a very good Tulane team. He might give McCune a run for his money on the Sunday starter position!
