I'm with you. Re-matches are not what the general fans want to see. I'd think most fans whose conference didn't have a team represented might be more interested in putting one of those "Boise" pretenders to the test.

Fun to speculate about, but not gonna happen. An undefeated TCU or Boise will both be ahead of a 1-loss LSU team. It's not that TCU or Boise aren't good football teams, it's just that they play such a weak schedule. Winning 1 or 2 games a year against ranked opponents is not even ballpark to an SEC, Big 12, Big 10, PAC 10 etc.. schedule where a team is tested week after week. I don't care what anyone says, neither TCU or Boise would be undefeated playing LSU or Nebraska or Oregon's schedule. I don't know the weight of SOS in the BCS formula, but whatever it is, it needs to be enough to not allow an undefeated team with a very weak schedule to be ahead of a 1-loss team with a FAR GREATER level of competition. I know I'm wearing my purple and gold glasses here, but TCU or Boise would each have at the bare minimum 1 loss right now. Neither one of them plays a conference title game either. These teams just should not be able to get a shot at a national title b/c they beat up on bad teams all year. TCU'S beaten nobody and Boise's only real win came over a team that lost to an FCS team at home the next week. Yet I have to sit and lister to Mark May and Granny Lou talk about undefeated this and "they beat Oklahoma" that. Who the hell cares!? That was 2006. This is 2010. Wow, one win vs. an at the time top 10 ranked BCS conference foe in a major bowl game. Boise had nothing to lose and everything to gain, which is the exact opposite of what Oklahoma was facing. A 1-point win in OT on a busted play. Sorry, rant over. Oh wait, one more thing: I freakin' HATE Boise. (and TCU)

Danielson right at the end of the game, did speak out about a 1 loss SEC team should be in over either TCU or Boise State. Love or hate him, he is always trumpeting the SEC horn.
