What's promting the question? Rivers is Metts backup. If they both suffered season ending knee injuries in the first game of the season, I have no idea who would be the QB.
Why bother? You're not going to convince me of your position nor I you of mine. Agree to disagree. For the record, I'm not calling for his head immediately, but we do need to make some wholesale changes on offense. If we continue with this offensive futility through next year, then yeah, it may be time for a change.
Based on recent performance of "highly" ranked but VERY average performing LSU QB's, I will take a wait and see on our "2 top 5 QBs", suggest you do the same, LSU is not exactly QB YOU right now.................in fact, scanning the NFL I see how many LSU QB's doing ANYTHING?????
THIS..........is SO TRUE! I have to add this column from CFN, it is long, however, look at how many writers call out the LSU coaching staff and POOR clock management that has become a habit. http://cfn.scout.com/2/1252772.html
I cant disagree with anything in that article. It WAS yet another pitiful example of clock management that has plagued Miles as head coach at LSU.
Does it matter? Right now the LSU offensive staff is so clueless that Joe Montana couldnt succeed. This staff has not shown the ability to put together an offense or offensive game plan despite numerous top 10 recruiting classes. Until the O staff gets a clue, top notch offensive recruits will continue to come to LSU only to watch their football careers die.
Why don't you climb down off your high horse. I'll phucking spout off if I feel like it. And to be honest, I've reached the point where I don't give a phuck what you think.
