Depends on your definition of "possible".

There are only so many hours in a day. Who we recruit & how much energy we put into each recruit is a strategic decision. A coaches time must be split up between all the prospects, without too much emphasis on the very top because otherwise we lose that mid-tier that the bulk of our team is made up of.

Were you saying that when LSU had Robert Lane in the hand but was trying to lure Jamarcus Russell out of the bush?

Even if Pat White came to LSU he wouldn't even played QB so that list makes no sense. WV was the only school that offered him and said he could play QB thats why he switched. If JJ would leave just b/c T.Pryor the #1 player in the nation visit he might as well be a coward like the other Jefferson thats going to Rutgers. This is D1 Football you have to compete and competition makes you better. TP is the #1 player if we did a poll on here right now on "who would you rather out of TP or JJ" I guarantee TP would win. I'm not sayin JJ is not a good QB.

    Yeah. That's what I was saying...dolt :dis:

Jordan Jefferson ain't no Robert Lane.

I just think it's humorous the way some of you are lusting after the guy when we have zero chance of landing him.

Pat White wasn't scared to compete...

He committed here as a WR but always wanted to be a QB. RR told him he could be one at WVU and I guess we know the rest.

Its easy to say that after the fact but Robert Lane wasn't too bad in High School and definitely had more offers than JJ he made a bad choice in what college he went to. I don't think nobody is lusting over TP we're just saying the coaches & Patrick Johnson should at least see if there is a chance of getting him here at LSU.

I'm suprised he'd put JaMarcus Russell on there. They are both big, black QBs, but not similar in style at all.
