Where in Iowa are you from? I lived there during my High School yrs, moved back here, and then ended up back there for another 5 yrs. I spent a lot of games in Kinnick Stadium.

Meanwhile back to the Bowl Game......

It seemed to me that even though our passing sucked there were alot more thrown than usual, mixing up more with Guice than LF, and gave LF the ball to throw, I call that a start and hope that we do this in the Bowl against Michigan,

Ive watched a few of their games and they throw but not run so much

the sad part was this was the game in which you actually wanted to run the ball 70 times....it would have been a blowout had we done that....Miles simply can't get it right

Miles' MO is to throw in a few wrinkles when his job security is on the line, he gets the sloppy W, silences his opposition, then it's back to the same ole same ole for another cpl seasons until the criticism starts up again.

so we agree that there was more passing ...I wasnt impressed with the O line holding pockets for Fornette it seemed that he ran backwards a few times to get away ....definitely need to have the O line better against Michigan for both running and passing

No worries. It's easy to get mixed up when multiple people are responding to the same things.

Grew up in the DSM metro and rooted for the Hawkeyes as a kid, still do at times, as long as they are not playing LSU.

I went to HS in Muscatine, IC was about 35 minutes away... did a lot of partying there, and had a few friends go on to play at Iowa.
