Probably more like it and I think so on his son. I know or at least I think I heard a quote from him saying he has a sweet gig with MNF and doesn't plan on giving it up.
If Les thinks he's going to get a job with a contender he is as delusional as the Vol fanbase. He is exactly what Tennessee needs at this stage of their freefall. He can recruit and there are no off the field issues. He wouldn't win any titles or anything but he could get them back to a stage of respectability so that the program would be attractive enough to hire the next guy.
I agree with most of what you said with the caviate that he would win there. I think he would do ok-ish but he has to change his coaching approach. These are not the good old Michigan Bo Schembechler days. That being said it is the east where if your not dawgs and maybe to a lesser extent gaytors you arn't great.
