  3. Bacon doesn't dominate the gumbo. It's just another flavor enhancer.
  4. Traditional roux wasn't made with bacon grease. Too low a smoke point. Cottonseed was the goto. Peanut oil in a pinch.

    I was unable to watch any game in 2011. I tuned in to the NC game.

  6. You need a new superstition. Watch the Damn games. The 2012 and 2014 games couldu have gone either way. All the Tigers needed was that little bit extra of psychic energy that you could have provided by watching and rooting
