I spent 2 years there in the late '60s in the Air Force. It was almost a relief to go to Nam and get the hell out of the Texas panhandle. And yes, the water sucked back in the '60s.

Coastal survived Game 2 with solid pitching on the mound forcing tonight's final game 3 for all the corndogs. Coastal has their Ace scheduled after 4 days rest. Zonies have their #2 pitcher who is questionable after the same rest, leaving with forearm issues and the balance of wholestaff. Should be a humdinger.
