As many have said its not who the coordinator is as long as Les controls play calling. It will bring less confusion and come on do you think Harris or Jennings could adapt? It will also stabilize recruiting. If Les doesn't change his stranglehold on the O he'll be gone after next year. That would be a better time to start over.
