  3. Point taken didnt see any of that while there base was well protected at that time. Was TDY with the 31st tactatical fighter air wing was mostly F-100 Super Sabre's with some Skymaster's.

  6. We had F-100s @ Bien Hoa along with A-37s and the C-123's that flew the Ranch Hand (Agent Orange) missions. We also had O-2's. I flew some missions with the squadron that flew the psy ops missions. The ARVN were responsible for our outer perimeter security. That explains the rockets & mortars.
