For fully selfish reasons I hope they stay. Living just to the west of the danger zone or Saint Louis I at least hear occasional LSU news and updates. Before I heard nothing on the radio about the real Tigers. Besides every few years I have the opportunity to watch Baseball.

I agree with that. If TV markets are the issue (and they are unfortunately) than Va Tech makes more sense than West Virginia, even though I think that both, culturally, would be a decent fit. Both of those options would have been a better choice than Mizzou, who just doesn't belong at all.
