Merry Christmas to the Tiger Fan family. We don’t always agree, but I sure missed you all for a couple of days. Cheers!

Pancakes is our Christmas morning breakfast. We make buttermilk oatmeal sourdough pancakes with blueberries and strawberries pieces in the batter. We top it with thin sliced bananas and only use real Vermont maple syrup. Add bacon and WALLA!

Sounds like gourmet pancakes. Ours were regular batter with blueberries and banana; the strawberries were in the fruit salad. Include sausage in addition to the beacon, and scrambled eggs topped with parmesan cheese and its a meal I enjoy more than the traditional Christmas dinner.

I was on a diet until I got the great idea to throw a few pounds of boudin in the smoker. All downhill from there

Merry Christmas from Disney World. It's safe to say I have been participating in the largest super spreader event of all time this week.

I hate wearing masks on rides...
