They shouldn't have. I'd have loved to see this one play out in court and I think you gumps would have won (if you hired a lawyer that went to LSU)
LeBron has the right to sue in the sense that in this country anybody can sue anybody else for any reason no matter how frivolous if he can find a lawyer desperate enough and sleazy enough to take the case. Do they specialize in mullets?
