There is no evidence Trump went into the Capitol. There is no evidence he planned, conspired, or plotted anything, nor directed anybody to do anything

In the meantime, charges against the Colbert group that had been arrested for unauthorized access to the Capitol (insurrectionists) have been dropped.
Apparently its lawful to access the capitol building wihtout permission to harrass the offices of Republican members of congress and try to film them for a gag for TV . But it is not legal to enter an open door being held for you by the capitol police during a protest event. Or in some cases stand outside and watch.

Matthew Pottinger, who served on former President Donald Trump's National Security Council before resigning in the immediate aftermath of January 6, 2021, is expected to testify publicly at Thursday's prime-time hearing held by the House select committee investigating the US Capitol attack, according to multiple sources familiar with the plans.
Pottinger is slated to appear alongside former Trump White House aide Sarah Matthews.

Let me guess. Both are total phonies and leakers. Trump must be the most inept hiring manager in history. Can you name even one competent person he has ever hired?

Question for those who declared that Cassidy Hutchinson was being untruthful about trump's Secret Service agents on January 6 because OH MY GOD they are willing to testify under oath that she was lying..... why did they delete their texts from January 5th and 6th?

Like I said, they're full of shit trumpians, which means they'll lie for the cause at every opportunity. They know damn well that they'll never be subpoenaed to testify so their declaration was nothing more than showmanship bluster.
