You would like Campisi's in DFW, then. It reminds me of Fleur de Lis, except cleaner and with an extensive menu.

I don't particularly care for any chain pizzas.

Best pizza i ever had was in John's of Time's Square in NYC, an old converted church. Amazing, and thin crust.

I ate at a place called Leto's in Maryland once. Almost as good as FdL. They are a chain but most are on the east coast.

I don't either but Pizza Hut is the worst.

Oh, my goodness! John's is SO good. We ate there twice when we were there a couple of years ago. We were staying about a block away in Times Square and loved it.
