Well it was an upgrade from Porter to Wilson, hard to see the next hire as an upgrade. I'd still go Kevin Faulk, who better to teach Fournette in his final year. He does have some coaching experience albeit minimal and on the high school level at Carencro. Justin Vincent is already on the staff he will probably get promoted knowing Les.

Vincent is not a coach. He has an office job in player personnel.
