O not gonna let this team fail. I really liked Aranda but his personality was dry and not dynamic which I bet hurt us in recruiting. Bet O gets a more dynamic DC who can also be a great recruiter. As far as Brady as you well know I think he was a great hire but I have never been a member of The Brady Bunch.
I like Raymond but agree. Would love to see someone say hes been running the scout/practice D or something indicating overall coaching of the D.
With the way offenses are these days, I would think a DB oriented OC would be ideal??? I mean, the dude is responsible for DBU is he not? Wouldn't be the worst hire...
