Why are we selling out on defensive minded coaching? I would have no problem with a d minded coach he just needs to know his strengths and weaknesses. You hire coordinators that can deal with offense and defenses and stay the hell out of their way and let them coach. To me that is why miles had to go, it was apparent he couldn't either find a coach to run an offense or he couldn't stay the hell out of the offense coordinator's way.
