He knowingly tried to pass some bills...there is no indication he 'made them' or knew who produced them - only that he knew they were fake and tried to buy something at a convenience store. Not exactly smart (in fact really really stupid...he must not have known how serious the govt. takes c-fits), also not exactly a sign of the apocalypse.

In the Advocate today ..or one of those papers...it was cited that they had retained legal documents outlining what happened. THey said he tried to pass some bills knowingly. It happens to 1000s of people each year....only get in real trouble if you produced them.
