Does Oklahoma have a local cuisine? Or is it in the chicken-fried steak and catfish house belt?

    chicken fried steak.

which i am not real big on. i have it maybe once every year or two at the most in the form of a chicken fried steak sandwich from a drive in called del rancho. i don't think i have had a chicken fried steak dinner in 4-5 years.

well, we had the boil and it went off without a hitch. crawfish was cheap in pierre part like it usually is. i paid $75 for 2 sack. i used Rouses crab boil, the bags of seasoning and some liquid crab boil. mushrooms, smoked sausage, corn, potatos, and smoke sausages were thrown in there...it was good stuff
