You can't fire a guy going 5-5 in the roughest conference in a pandemic after the greatest season in the sports history he authored. But he burned through 3 years of goodwill in one year with how badly 2020 went for him. You guys realize yes Chizik got fired after 2 years from his title but he went 0 and 8 in the SEC and he was never good outside of that title year. O has been better than Chizik by a lot on the field. Off of it is where he has put his feet to the fire, and his on the field is gonna be what drops the axe. A lot of discussions were had this offseason for O to quiet the antics. Instead he's been providing new data almost weekly. It's like he's trying at this point.
