I think it all depends on if O is receptive to a buyout. If not, then Woodward has to decide if he has enough justification to fire him for cause.

My understanding is they have already assembled quite a package of "data" to encourage O to reduce his buyout and walk away as respectfully as possible. If not the gloves come off.
