1. That’s lousy and BRADY IS GONE TO NFL

    PERIOD
  2. Here’s what’s needed with Brady ... Incentives!
    Seven Year Contract
    Reason: 2025 & 2026 H&H w/Clemson

Pay him $2 mil for 2020 Season ...
    Incentives:
    1. 11 Win regular season $100K
    2. 12 Win regular season $200K
    3. SEC Championship $200K
    4. Playoff Game 1 Win $200K
    5. Championship Win $300K

2021 Season Contract Value becomes where you leave off ...

Example: If Brady collected all 5 incentives, his 2021 Salary becomes $3 million

If LSU won the SEC and lost the first playoff then his 2021 Salary becomes $2.5 mil

Think he’d jump on that and stay with LSU

Question to the geniuses in here ...
When Oeaux decides to retire, who’s gonna run the Program ... Chaos

A Herman the German Jack off Pick and years of chaos ...

Wouldn’t it be nice if Oeaux had a 5 & 10 year plan for ALL HIS COACHES ...

    INDIFFERENT TO $$$$ ...
    As they made top pay

They all love what they do at LSU ...
How do you keep that and stop the egos from shattering your continuity

Would it break any of your hearts if:
Dave Aranda or Joe Brady inherited the coaching job in 2028 after Orgeron retired ...
  3. Looks like people are reporting that Brady is leaving for the Carolina Panthers.
  4. Bruce Feldman reported this was expected that he prefers the NFL. This won't surprise O I wonder if Munoz is promoted to keep him from Oregon.. can't compete with the NFL. Don't have to recruit. All ball.
    tzanghi likes this.

  5. Now what?
  6. How many guys are OC/DC at 30 in the NFL? Honest question.
  7. None that I'm aware of. Tepper grew up in the Steelers organization who hired a young Tomlin and stuck with him. He's setting Rhule up with anyone he needs and will give them all time to build a culture imo. Don't think it'll be knee jerk hirings and firings there. And Tepper is with billions so he's spending lots to get who he wants.

If E decides to step down and Munoz isn't promoted a name to watch is Will Hall with Tulane. Very hot commodity.
